How to Use

Before removing the protective backing, position one insert inside each bra or bikini cup to check the fit and desired placement.
Place the thicker padded section toward the bottom of each cup for added lift.
Peel off the protective backing to expose the adhesive side.
Attach the adhesive side to the inside of the garment cup and press gently into place. The soft fabric side should face your body.
Put on the garment and check that both inserts sit comfortably and evenly before wearing.

These inserts are intended for placement inside garment cups, not as standalone adhesive bras. Fit and results vary with the garment and insert placement.
