Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries. You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at support@aliciasecret.com. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies. Once we receive your cancellation request, your refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

We take great care in packing every order — but if something arrives incorrect, damaged, or missing, we'll make it right immediately. Simply email us a photo of the item within 30 days of your order date at support@aliciasecret.com. No need to return the product — we'll reship a replacement straight to your door.

Non-Defective Items

As our products are carefully quality-checked before shipping, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items. We appreciate your understanding.
