Refund policy

If you change your mind, the cancellation will be made within 30 minute after placing an order by sending us the email at support@aliciasecret.com to let us know that you want to cancel the order. The fee for restocking is 20% of the product price. And we will refund to the same credit card you use to purchase after we receive your email. You should receive your refund within 5 business days.

If the items you received are incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as described, we will reship product within 30 days after you have placed the order. Simply send us the photo of the incorrect product via an email at support@aliciasecret.com No need to send the product back. We will gladly reship the product out to you.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refund of non-defective items.
