Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you change your mind, the cancellation will be made within 30 minute after placing an order by sending us the email at support@aliciasecret.com to let us know that you want to cancel and get the refund. The fee for restocking is 20% of the product price. And we will refund to the same credit card you use to purchase after we receive your email. You should receive your refund within 5 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund (after deducting 20% of fee for restocking the product) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as described, we will reship product purchased in the last 30 days. Simply send us the photo of the incorrect product via an email at support@aliciasecret.com No need to send the product back. We will gladly reship the product out to you.
